Why choose this new home builder on the South Shore

Having a new home built means trusting a team with a major life project. Here is what Maisons Pépin brings to the table.

Experience across thousands of homes

With 30 years of experience and more than 2,000 housing units, the team knows every stage of a residential project, from design all the way to the landscaping.

An efficient home, with quality kept in check

The company builds superior, highly energy-efficient homes where quality control is a priority. Client satisfaction and attention to detail matter to it.

A positive building experience

The service is personal: each team member has a clear role, from sales to design to the construction site, and everyone works with you to bring your project to life.

Maxime Dépatie and Serge Brochu: from plans to site

A designer and engineer, Maxime Dépatie is remarkably versatile: he finds ways to simplify project management, which benefits the whole team and, in the end, the buyer.

On site, Serge Brochu, the site director, coordinates the trades. Organized, methodical and meticulous, he acts as the eyes and ears of the construction site.

Janick Brochu, project direction and design

As project director and designer, Janick Brochu combines two complementary roles: keeping the project on track and giving it a cohesive design vision. She guides you from the first ideas all the way to completion.

For you, that means one person who sees both the big picture and the details: how the rooms flow together as well as how the finishes work as a whole.

Eddy Guessous, sales director

Your first point of contact at BÉAcité is Eddy Guessous, sales director. A good listener, he takes the time to understand your needs and suggest tailored solutions, whether you are looking at a turnkey home or one to customize.

Reach him at 514-812-9633 by phone or text, or write to ventes@beacite.com. He welcomes you at the sales office at 435 Geoffrion Street.

How the team guides you, from first meeting to handover

  1. The meeting. You tour a model home with the sales director, who gets a clear picture of your needs, your budget and when you would like to move in.
  2. The choice. A move-in-ready turnkey home, or a lot and a model to customize: you decide at your own pace.
  3. The design. For a customizable home, the designer walks you through the standard interior finishes and the available options.
  4. The build. The site director coordinates the trades, and quality control stays a priority right to the end.
  5. The handover. Your home is delivered with complete landscaping; from then on, maintenance is fully taken care of.
